Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yelger, a service operated by BellCyber LLC (“yelger,” “we,” “us”), a New Jersey, USA company. By creating an account, adding yelger as a contact, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms are part of this agreement.

Who may use yelger

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a yelger account. A guardian may create and control a child or teen profile under their own account; that profile is not a separate user who accepts these terms, and the guardian remains responsible for how it is used.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@yelger.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Using yelger

You send yelger requests — over WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or in a group chat — and it responds using an AI model, sometimes taking action on a connected third-party app on your behalf. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them for anything important. When you connect a third-party app, you authorize yelger to access and act on the specific data needed to complete the requests you make of it, and you can end that access at any time by disconnecting the app. When you add yelger to a group chat, everyone in that group should know it is there before anyone shares something they would not want an AI assistant to see.

Paid services

yelger runs on a prepaid credit system (“ACU”). ACU is service capacity, not currency, a bank deposit, or a transferable stored-value product, and it has no value outside yelger. Displayed charges are based on underlying provider usage plus yelger’s service margin; applicable tax is calculated separately at checkout. A wallet can be shared across a household; anyone you give access to a shared wallet can spend its balance, so share access deliberately. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You must not use yelger for anything unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or harmful, or attempt to circumvent its safety, billing, or access controls. You must not use yelger to build a competing product, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to send content that violates another person’s rights. Guardians are responsible for managing a minor’s access and for household spending controls.

Ownership

yelger and its underlying technology, trademarks, and branding belong to BellCyber LLC. We do not claim ownership of the content you send us, but you grant us the right to process it as needed to provide the service. Feedback you give us about yelger may be used to improve it without obligation to you.

Reporting content and vulnerabilities

If something yelger generated, or something posted to a community you’re in, shouldn’t be there, write to support@yelger.com (a report button is also available next to each community post). We review takedown requests and remove content that violates these terms within 48 hours of a valid report. If you’ve found a security vulnerability, see security.txt — we aim to acknowledge a report within 24 hours.

Third-party services

yelger integrates with services we do not operate — AI providers, connected apps, and messaging platforms among them. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

yelger is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BellCyber LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of yelger will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Dispute resolution

We would rather resolve a disagreement directly — write to support@yelger.com first. Where the law of your jurisdiction permits it, disputes that cannot be resolved that way will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and yelger each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. This clause does not apply where local consumer-protection law does not allow it, including in a number of jurisdictions outside the United States.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as yelger changes, and will tell you about a material change before it takes effect. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or presents a risk to the service or other users. You may stop using yelger and close your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a mandatory local consumer-protection law applies a different rule to your specific location.

These terms are published ahead of a full worldwide release. Region-specific consumer-rights terms, renewal and refund rules required in your country, and enforceability of the arbitration clause above have not yet completed jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction legal review for every country yelger may launch in. They will be updated as that review completes.
